We've adjusted our pricing to make it more affordable for you to attend the Summit during these difficult economic times. Now more than ever, it's critical that you attend this top HME management event to gain new business strategies, data and perspectives.

Your registration fee includes:

• Entry to the Opening Night Reception and the Networking Reception
• All conference materials digitally
• List of attendees post conference

Attendee Rates:

• $695: Early Bird Rate for those registering by August 9, 2013
• $795: Standard Rate for those registering after August 9, 2013
• $695: Discount Rate for previous attendees and additional attendees from the same company (previous attendee and/or additional attendee status will be verified)

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute in your place. Please notify us of this change at your earliest convenience and no later than August 30, 2013. To cancel outright, please confirm cancellation in writing (fax, letter or email) no later than August 16, 2013, and you will receive a full refund less 15% service charge. Regrettably, no refunds can be issued after this date.
